A lot of my friends ask me if I
am born on the month of December because Noel means
 Christmas. It is just happen that when I was born
my father is still working in the other city. Maybe my mother just want to remind
my father (Wilfredo) forever that he is absent on that day so she named me
"NO-WIL" means NO-WILFREDO. Which becomes NOEL. I got this story from my mom.
I was actually born on the 3rd week of January in the City of General Santos in Philippines.
The name "Noel" means

also wintertime -- the coldest season of the year.

Sara and our two(2)
kids migrated here in U.S.A. on October 12, 2001. It just after a month
of 911. Life in USA and fighting to survive I was able to work from one company to
another as a consultant of W and J Partnership in Castro Valley California.
I am currently the Pres/Chairman of Board for
ALT Intermodal Inc in Oakland
CA.
