CABIN INSPECTION
1. Adjust my seat, check it work properly and in good condition
2. Check my safety belt no cut, always working properly
3. Check fire extinguisher always fully charged and secured
4. Have extra fuses and three red triangle reflectors in the cabin
5. Check both side mirrors, no cracks, clean and always tight
6. Check windshields no cracks, no loose and always clean.
7. Check wiper and washers should be working
8. Check highway horn, and city horn always working
9. Check steering wheel and play no more than 10 degrees
10. Check indicator left and right, check 4 way flashers working properly
11. Check headlights (low beam and high beam) are working
12. Check temperature gauge is working (170-190 psi normal range)
13. Check oil pressure gauge is working. (30-60 psi normal range)
14. Check battery volts gauge is working (12.5-14.5 volts normal range)
15. Check speedometer, rpm meter always working
16. Check both air pressure gauges are working
17. Check fuel gauge working
18. Check fan control, heater, and defroster is working
19. Check parking brake for trailer and tractor, always working
20. Check gear shift lever nut-bolts all tight, accelerator pedal, brake pedal, and clutch pedal not slippery, always clean and working good (clutch has 2 inches free play)
